Welcome to the official Michigan Business Channel blog! This is the launch of a brand new blog designed to help people who already have or who would like to have their own business. Is this just for people in Michigan? No! It’s for aspiring entrepreneurs everywhere! So, what’s the big idea, you ask? Well, call me cynical if you like, but I believe that it is the ”entrepreneurial spirit” along with sheer drive and determination that is at the forefront of what made our country the place we all know and love today. I also believe that we will be, as a nation, where we are tomorrow, based on the choices we make today. Do you really want a government bailout? I don’t. I also don’t want to see people given a handout when all they really want is a hand up! That’s where I come in. I want to help you if you have an idea for a business and don’t know where to go with it. I don’t want to steal it, I want to help you turn it into a reality. Patent it or write it down, date it, and show it to someone you trust, have them sign and date and file it with an attorney before you tell me about it. I don’t care! Whatever makes you comfortable, do it. Then let’s get to work on it! I will help you form an LLC or corp in your state. I will help you get the financing you need for your business.
